What data is collected
Contact form: your name, email address and the message you write. Analytics: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect pseudonymised usage and navigation data; Clarity may record session interactions. If you do not accept them, they are not loaded.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is used only to reply to your enquiry (legal basis: your consent when submitting it). Analytics data is used to understand and improve the use of the site (legal basis: your consent via the cookie banner).
Cookies
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity) load only after your explicit acceptance. You can change your decision at any time using the "Manage cookies" link in the footer. The language cookie is technical and necessary to remember your language.
Recipients and processors
Google Ireland Ltd. (Analytics/Tag Manager) and Microsoft (Clarity) process analytics data. Resend (sending the form email) and Supabase (hosting the site content) act as providers. Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
Retention
Form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's periods.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contact@pepefernandezmarin.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
